Firm's History
John Howard Lynch is a graduate of St.
John's University School of Law and has
been a member of the New York State Bar
since 1984. The firm was established in
1990 with an emphasis on the practice
of real estate law.
Offices & Facilities
We have offices in both Suffolk and Nassau
counties that are spacious, comfortable
and easily accessible. We are presently
approved to close mortgage loans for many
of the countries major lenders and can
close conventional, FHA and VA loans.
Fee's
In representing either a buyer or a seller of a home, our standard
fee is $800.00.
In representing a lending institution at the closing of a conventional
mortgage, whether it be for a purchase of a new residence or the
refinancing of the borrower's present home, the firm's fee is $595.00.
For non-conventional mortgage closings, our fee is $750. |
